Knowledge-graph organizations, investments, and acquisitions as first-class records.
Facts are canonical knowledge-graph entities: an organization, an investment round, or an acquisition. They have stable IDs, dates, amounts, and parties — not document text.
Use facts when you need deal or company structure (who invested, how much, when a company was founded). Use proof points when you need the articles or filings that mention those entities.
